I have been training at the gym for 7 months now. I highly reccomend training here if you are in Chiang Mai. Could not be happier with my experience and this Muay Thai gym! The instructors are tough, knowledgeable, watchful and fun. Starts with warm up (running and stretching) then we were separated into groups of beginners and advanced. We were showed the basic moves and practiced them for a few minutes. We then moved to the ring and practiced 1 on 1 (a few rounds) with an instructor. We practiced our moves on bags then later practiced combos with partners.
